Have you been to Flatbread while you are in North Conway? If you haven’t, you MOST definitely should! These people TOTALLY rock and are just across the street from IME/IMCS. They are constantly giving back to the community, make their food with wholesome ingredients being mostly organic, have an awesome staff, a great bar area, and beautiful restaurant that almost feels like you’re eating in a yurt! They cook right there in front of you in the middle of the resturant, which is very cool to watch. And, for the 2010 Ice Fest Flatbread is the sponsor of our Guides Kickoff Dinner on Thursday night which welcomes our guest guides from all over the country and is also a special night for our local guides to get them super psyched for the weekend! With Flatbread it is simple- good food & good people. Grab some grub there whenever you’re in town, and thank you Flatbread!
