Welcome back to Ice Fest Matt Shove !
Matt is a very familiar face to all of us around here, an AMGA guide and all around great guy to have returning as an all star Guest Guide. He is the founder of Ragged Mountain Guides based out of Connecticut and a regular in the Mount Washington Valley, not to mention big mountains all over.
Matt instructs not only in the Northeast, he leads technical courses and mountain trips in ranges and crags all over the US. He has conducted training programs for elite mountain warfare soldiers, and the US Coast Guard, and was a Technical Editor for the 2nd edition of Dave Fasulo’s acclaimed Climbing Self Rescue, published in June 2011.
