Amanda has been lucky enough to call the Rocky Mountains home for her entire life. Whether it be climbing, trail running, hiking, or backpacking, she’s always been drawn to a life outdoors. For the warmer months of the year, she works as a hiking guide in CO, where she guides on 14,000 ft peaks, class 4 traverses, and single pitch climbing days.
In the winter she works at IMCS as a mountaineering guide. She is driven by the ever evolving learning process, that is required while in the backcountry and seeks to continue to inspire confidence through instructing, and to inspire others to gain a new perspective in the outdoors.
